posted Aug 14, 2015, 6:16 AM by Kathleen Tyner

Summer Policy Update

Thanks to all who responded to our July action alert to comment on important water quality regulations. We represented you at two public hearings and also submitted technical comments on proposed revisions to
water quality standards, fracking regulations, and aboveground storage tank rules. Check out some of the media coverage we were featured in herehere and here.

Now we await the agency’s response to our comments and prepare for the regulations to move through the legislative process when we’ll need your help again. For more info on current policy issues we’re working on, click here.
