Last Chance to Improve Tank Bill
 

We need your help! On a close 13-12 vote late last night, the House Judiciary Committee rejected amendments that would have improved water protections in SB 423, the Aboveground Storage Tank Act bill. This tells us that a last push for the House to pass amendments on the floor tomorrow could make the difference.
 
Please act now:
 
1.    Tell Speaker Armstead not to roll back water protections and reject SB 423 as-is.

Contact your Delegate and tell them to support amendments to SB 423 to improve protections for our water.
