2013 Legislative Wrap-up
The 2013 legislative session has come to a close and WVRC would like to extend a big "thank you" to all that responded to WVRC Action Alerts and took a stand for clean water.
The past session was was a tough one for environmental issues in West Virginia with bills introdued to weaken water quality standards. West Virgina Environmental Council has provided a guide to the outcomes of the bills and policies that effect the environment with this legislative session wrap-up.
