Waters of the United States Defined Under the Clean Water ActA new guidance released by the EPA and US Army Corps of Engineers provides clarification on what waters are protected by the Clean Water Act. Previous ambiguity on what waterways were covered by the Clean Water Act led to high profile lawsuits in the previous decade. The proposed guidance reaffirms the protection granted to streams and wetlands throughout the US. Cheat River FestivalWVRC had a great time at the Cheat River Festival. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and said hello!
